2 Save your file as a CSV file:

You can now save your file as a CSV file (comma separated value).

If you are using MS-Excel, choose the "CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)" not the options "CSV (Macintosh) (*.csv)" or "CSV (MS-DOS) (*.csv).

Your CSV file can also come from an extraction from your production system as long as it obeys to the CSV format rules.
