4 Define the columns you want people to update:

On a second screen you will be asked to define the columns that people will be asked to update or leave as they are. You can select one or more columns to be updated. If you know that some values are possible, but have not been inserted already, please refer to the previous note explaining how you can add values and specify the order of the choices presented to the recipient by adding "hint" rows with no email addresses.
